SHIPPING

All orders are shipped using Australia Post and their international carriers. 

We currently ship to Australia, Canada, United States Of America, and New Zealand. 

If you do not see your country listed, please email us so we can do a custom shipping quote and custom listing for you. 

At this time we are not shipping to the United Kingdom due to the new import/export tax laws. We hope to be be back shipping here once more information comes to hand. 

What are your shipping/returns policy?

I make every effort to inspect each item before it leaves the studio. Should you happen to find a functional fault, please contact me at [email protected] with the issue, within 7 days of receiving your items, and I will direct you on what to do next. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to order/invoice number. 

Returns are not accepted after 14 days of delivery. Return postage is at customers own expense. 

Custom ordered items can not be refunded or exchanged. So please choose carefully.
